Today, health care reform is only being implemented in Ukraine in general, and in the Donetsk region in particular.
In order for medical institutions to conclude contracts with the National Health Service, all stages of the process of autonomization of medical institutions should be passed. They should become non-profit public utility companies.
According to Svetlana Shabalina, medical director of the Primary Health Centre of Bakhmut City Council, the Center currently has everything that is needed: the electronic medicine system and the medical information system, as well as automated workplaces.
“Already on Monday we will actively join the process of signing declarations. It started on April 2 and has no endings. We are working with a fairly complex information system, which requires an adjusted approach. These are standardization, large volumes, and many blocks. First it is necessary to create a sufficient base, make a lot of information, and then use it,” – Svetlana Shabalina said.
