A man with an explosive object was detained on the bridge over the river Kalchik in Mariupol.
This is reported on the page of the patrol police of the Donetsk region on Facebook.
It is noted that the police called rescuers of the State Emergency Service and restricted access to the bridge due to a possible threat of an explosion.
According to the police, the man drew their attention by being very nervous when he saw the police car.
“During the conversation with him, the police managed to find out that he is a 29-year-old resident of Pokrovskoye. At a superficial examination of things, an unknown object, similar to ammunition, was discovered in the bundle,” – the law enforcers said.
The police also reported that the patrolmen immediately restricted access to the scene, called rescuers and investigators of the Kalmius district department.
