On the initiative of the deputies of the city council there was a meeting in Kramatorsk, during which the present tried to find ways to overcome the problem of the operation of illegal metal drop-offs.
Representatives of structural subdivisions of the Kramatorsk city council, prosecutor's office, police, deputies, village heads and representatives of committees of microdistricts took part in the active discussion. The meeting was held under the leadership of Sergei Boevsky, the deputy mayor.
The participants discussed possible ways of overcoming this problem in Kramatorsk. So, according to the Police Department of Kramatorsk, only one criminal proceeding was opened in 2018, in which several addresses appear, but the court decided not to issue a search warrant, according to the press service of the police.
According to the participants in the discussion, this state of affairs is unacceptable, so the situation will be changed in the near future. The exact plan of measures to combat illegal metal drop-offs will be published later.
