Pavel Zhebrivsky, the chairman of the Donetsk Regional State Administration, announced the opening of social offices in Druzhkovka, Mirnograd, Bakhmut and the Nikolayevskaya Joint Territorial Community.
He wrote about that on his Facebook page.
“We will soon open four social offices in the Donetsk region as part of the “Social Office” project: in Druzhkovka, Mirnograd, Bakhmut and Nikolaevskaya JTC. Thanks to this project, about 1.3 million people in the region will be able to formalize and receive social benefits, assistance, subsidies, compensations and so on. All of this will be done under the simplified procedure,” – the head of DonRSA said.
According to Elena Tokareva, the director of the Social Security Department of the State Regional Administration, the new institutions will be located in the existing buildings of social services offices and reconstructed administrative buildings on city property. Repairs and equipping of offices will be carried out at the expense of state and local budgets, and also partially with the support of international organizations.
Six more social offices will operate on the basis of Center for the Delivery of Administrative Services: in Mariupol, Ugledar, Konstantinovka, Pokrovsk, the Soledarskaya and Cherkasskaya Joint Territorial Communities.
“In the future, we plan to open similar institutions in Avdeevka, Slavyansk, the Mariinka and Mangush districts. I set the task to upgrade the quality of social services in the Donetsk region to a high European level,” – Zhebrivsky said.
