In Cuba, a few minutes after takeoff from the airport in Havana, the passenger plane Boeing-737, owned by the state airline Cubana de Aviation, crashed. More than 100 passengers were on board of the airliner.

The plane began to fall immediately after takeoff. After flying some distance, it collapsed not far from Terminal № 1 of Havana Airport. The plane caught fire immediately upon the fall.
There were 113 people on board of the Boeing-737 airliner: 9 crew members and 104 passengers. Currently, information about the dead and injured is being clarified.
The plane was heading to Holguín province, located in the eastern part of the island.
