The increase in the tariff for maintenance of the multi-unit sector by 5% was approved by the executive committee during the next meeting. It will be necessary to pay at the new prices from June 1.
A separate tariff for each house was adopted in March last year. The leadership of Public Utility Company “Komservis” had to adjust prices for maintenance of apartment buildings, facilities and adjacent territories. It was done based on the minimum wage and subsistence minimum.
The tariff for each house includes cleaning of the house territory, maintenance of indoor water supply and sanitation networks, heat supply, emergency service costs, maintenance of elevators, maintenance and repair of power supply networks, deratization and disinfestation, costs for lighting the entrance halls, snow removal activities and maintenance of ventilation ducts.
The leadership of Public Utility Company “Komservis” says that this tariff will have to be revised after the next increase in the minimum wage.
