Slavyansk is looking for a supplier of DTP vaccines not of Indian origin.
A request for supplies of such drugs to the pharmacies of the city was voiced in the petition, which collected a sufficient number of signatures and was considered at a meeting of the permanent deputy commission on social protection and health.
The head physician of the Communal Institution “Primary Health Centre of Slavyansk” sent letters to 11 pharmacies in the city with a proposal to purchase such vaccines and sell them for the parents' funds. The answer was received only from one pharmaceutical company. It was about the lack of supplies of the abovementioned drugs in Ukraine in the first half of this year.
The Health Care Department of Slavyansk promises to monitor the situation with supplies and promptly notify citizens about the possibility of purchasing a vaccine on the web portal of the City Council of Slavyansk.
