Today, on April 25, the Cabinet approved a tariff for the payment of medical services for primary health care in the amount of 370 UAH per year for servicing one patient who signed the declaration with the doctor.
Such a decision on the approval of the “Procedure for the implementation of state guarantees for medical services to the population under the program of medical guarantees for primary medical care for 2018” was taken at a meeting of the Cabinet, the press service of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine reports.
In addition, adjustment factors for five age groups have been approved: for serving a child under 5 years old, the doctor will receive four capitation rates (1,480 thousand UAH), a child of 6-17 years old – 2.2 rates (814 UAH).
For primary care services to patients between the ages of 40 and 64, there are 1.2 rates (444 UAH), from 65 years – two rates (740 UAH). Accordingly, the doctor will receive one rate for a patient aged 18 to 39 years.
Also, if the medical service of the patient who signed the declaration is provided in mountain settlements, the adjustment factor is 1.25 (462 UAH). The place of patient care is determined in accordance with the declaration on the choice of doctor.
The payment for servicing patients from the “red” list (those who did not choose their doctor and did not sign a declaration with him) is 240 UAH. It is noted that adjustment factors will not be applied to such patients.
