On Wednesday, March 14, the currency in non-bank exchange offices of Kiev was cheaper – 26.35 UAH for the dollar and 32.60 UAH for the euro. On Thursday, March 15, hryvnia quotes against the U.S. dollar on the interbank foreign exchange market at the close of trading were set at 26.28 / 26.32 UAH / USD. This was reported by the commercial bank dealer, noting that the current hryvnia quotes against the dollar were 14 kopecks lower than the level of opening of today's trading.
According to the interlocutor of the agency, hryvnia quotes against the euro settled at 32.44 / 32.48 UAH / EUR, in relation to the Russian ruble - at 0.4770 / 0.4779 UAH / ruble. According to the National Bank, the weighted average interbank exchange rate of the hryvnia settled at UAH 26.2727 / USD by 5:00 pm, at the same time 728 deals were made for the amount of 516.88 million dollars.
