Vacationers on the beach of the village of Urzuf near Mariupol fought for life of a man waiting for rescuers and ambulance for about an hour. The arrived doctors attested death. Local journalists learned about the incident.
Eyewitnesses paid attention to the man lying on the shore with slipped swimming trunks. People came to check his condition and saw that the man was choking with foam coming from his mouth. All measures for first aid were in vain, the man died.
The people are extremely outraged that the doctors arrived at scene an hour after the call. The eyewitnesses say that even the policemen did not even come up to the man who was covered with a sheet, but only looked from afar and concluded that he was dead. In addition, the body of the man was on the beach next to the vacationers for four hours waiting for the “Orpheus” service.
“It is impossible to rest on the beach in Urzuf, I will not come here again ... We were calling in the ambulance for about an hour, or even more, and were waiting. There is no one, no ambulance, no police ... And the man was dying before he turned blue. There are no doctors, and we did what we could,” – one of the eyewitnesses, Andrei Kimchenko, says.
