Fiscal inspectors with border guards at various checkpoints of the Donetsk region constantly prevent attempts to export goods banned for export from Ukraine. So, while inspecting Toyota Camry at “Novotroitskoe” Checkpoint, law enforcement officers found a hiding in the car.
The driver of the car wanted to take out almost 150 kinds of different medicines to the temporarily uncontrolled territory. The cost of such baggage exceeds 219 thousand UAH.
Experts have found that some of the pills are psychotropic substances. And their export from Ukraine is a criminal offense.
So, in addition to the protocol on administrative liability, criminal proceedings were opened. And this fact is now being handled by the police.
