On Wednesday, March 20, at the military airfield in Starokonstantinov, Khmelnytsky region, the Armed Forces of Ukraine received a large batch of military equipment and weapons.

Among other things, the Armed Forces got remote-piloted vehicles of tactical level Bayraktar TB2, which were purchased from Turkey in January 2019.

During the demonstration, the remote-piloted vehicle was launched from the airfield towards the Zhytomyr firing ground, where it accurately hit targets and successfully completed the combat mission.

It is noted that the remote-piloted vehicle Bayraktar TB2 can be in the air for 24 hours. Its radius of action is 150 kilometers. Due to its design, the device can be equipped with high-precision missiles to destroy land and sea targets, as well as to destroy fortifications.

Besides Turkish remote-piloted vehicles, the AFU received the armored vehicles T-64BV, armored reconnaissance and patrol vehicles BRDM-2L1, armored fighting vehicles BTR-3DA, sensing systems, air defence missile systems "OSA", self-propelled artillery weapons 2C1 "Gvozdika", repair shops for armored vehicles.

In addition, the Ukrainian military received a fighter aircraft MiG-29MU1, an An-26Sh aircraft and several multi-purpose Mi-8MT helicopters.
