The work is carried out to identify disguised employment of the population in the city, payment of envelope salaries and violations in the sale of excisable products.
Compliance with the legal conditions of labor relations between an employer and an employee is positively reflected not only on the experience of the latter. Tax remission withheld from wages is transferred to the local budget and are spent in the future for the improvement of the city.
According to Oleg Polyakov, the Deputy Mayor, a working group on this issue operates in Druzhkovka in order to legalize labor relations. Since the beginning of the year, the working group has been conducted 19 visiting sessions, during which 106 business facilities were inspected, including shops, construction companies, public catering establishments, facilities providing various types of services. The inspections showed that violations of labor legislation had been detected in 13 facilities. At the moment, four of them are operating in accordance with the law.
In addition, the working group identified four facts of selling alcoholic beverages and cigarettes without a license, and two sellers sold goods without registering their business. Information on violations was handed over to the Main Department of the State Fiscal Service in the Donetsk region.
Another violation of labor legislation in Druzhkovka is the payment of envelope salaries. Oleg Polyakov appeals to the employees who agreed to this way of paying for their activities, to demand employers to legalize labor relations.
