18 medical preparations by the Experimental Plant of Medical Preparations of IBONH NAS were banned in Ukraine.
This is stated in the order by the State Service of Ukraine on Medicines and Drug Control.
“The ban is introduced to eliminate violations of license provisions. The order prohibits the sale, storage and use of these medicines, produced before February 25, 2019 by the Ukrainian State Enterprise Experimental Plant of Medical Preparations, IBONH NAS of Ukraine,” - the message says.
The ban includes:
Ammonia solution for external use 10% 40 ml; Brilliant green solution for external use, alcohol 1% 20 ml each; Valeriana, 25 ml or 30 ml each; Hydrogen Peroxide solution for external use 3% 40 ml 100 ml; Iodine solution for external use, alcohol 5% - 20 ml each in medicine bottles.
The State Service of Ukraine on Medicines and Drug Control noted that pharmacies and hospitals that sell, store and use medicines are required to immediately check the availability of medicines.
