The International European Bank has allocated a loan 350 million UAH to Pokrovsk. This was announced during the regular session by Irina Sushchenko, the town clerk.
“They will be directed to the capital reconstruction of eight facilities: two dormitories, four schools and two health facilities,” – Irina Vyacheslavovna emphasized. Deputies supported the issue of transfer of loan funds. This will speed up the announcement of tender procedures for each of the planned facilities.
The bank extended loans to Ukraine with the aim of financing the “Emergency Credit Recovery Program of Ukraine” project. This was reported by Maria Kayun, the head of the economic analysis department of the City Council of Pokrovsk. The general education schools No. 4, 6, 8 and 35 are in the list of facilities that participate in the program.
Two dormitories are also subject to reconstruction: the building on the Zashchitnikov Ukrainy Street and a nine-storey dormitory in the Shakhtarsky microdistrict. The buildings will be converted into multi-apartment houses. In addition, the funds allocated by the International European Bank, will make major repairs to the buildings of the polyclinic and the main building of the Central Regional Hospital.
