Bad weather in Dobropolye caused trouble to residents of the apartment building on Poltavskaya Street. The basement of the two-story building was almost completely flooded with rain.
The accumulated rainwater covered several steps in descending into the basement. The residents failed to cope with the problem by themselves. It happened on a day off, on June 24. And that fact complicated the situation.
The residents of the house asked for help from rescuers. The rescue team of the 19 th State Fire and Rescue Unit consisting of three people was sent at the scene of the accident.
According to the press service of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the Donetsk region, the rescuers of Dobropolye pumped 160 cubic meters of water from the basement of a small house.
