The military prosecutor's office of the Joint Forces reported that in the military unit in Soledar in the Donetsk region, a soldier shot a staff sergeant from AKS-74 assault rifle, news.liga.net reports.
The prosecutor's office found out that the soldier, who fired at the sergeant from a distance of 3 meters on July 27, did it deliberately. The sergeant, who was wounded, died on the spot.
The criminal was taken into custody on July 30. Later, he confessed to committing the murder, and once again confirmed his testimony during the investigative experiment.
