Rescuers with special equipment traveled to the aid of doctors. According to the press service of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the Donetsk region, medical ambulances have become hostages of difficult weather conditions. And above all, of snow drifts on the roads of the region.
The situation for such cars, like for doctors themselves, can be seen to be quite serious, since they are awaited by sick people. But here human lives are at stake. For the past day, the State Emergency Service’s staff three times released stuck cars of emergency medicine and disaster medicine from the snow captivity. So, one of the difficulties was the situation in the village of Dibrova of the Liman community. Here the future mother was on the way to the maternity hospital. In general, doctors were ready to take delivery of a baby in a stalled car, but fortunately they did not have to.
Employees of the 21st State Fire and Rescue Unit set out to help the ambulance team and the woman herself. With the help of a towing cable, the car was brought to a normal part of the highway. And then the rescuers accompanied the ambulance on the way to the medical facility.
