The building of the school is still immobilized.
In the near future, another ruin may appear in the center of Konstantinovka. This is the building of the gymnasium of Konstantinovka. Since the new school year, all the children have been transferred to the renovated school building No. 1. The city department of education cannot maintain another room where educational services are not provided.
The issue of transferring the building to the balance of the utility “Single Customer Service” was considered at the last session of the city council. The deputies supported the adoption of this decision.
One can understand how the new balance-holder “cares” about his/her property by looking at the state of the former school No. 12, which is also now on the balance of the municipal public utility company.
A few steps from the main street of the city, the school building turned into ruins – broken glass, destroyed doors, broken internal partitions and steps. The top floor is almost completely burnt. The room began to be destroyed literally in front of the eyes after the building was no longer guarded.
City deputies told this Dmitry Zavarzin, the head of the municipal administration, who had been also at the session. The town clerk, Yuri Razumny, told whether the school building No. 12 would repeat the building of the gymnasium.
