Today, on June 9, at the “Novotroitskoe” Checkpoint, a woman driving a Chevrolet made a deliberate hit on a border guard who carried out the registration of persons and vehicles. That was reported by the press service of the Donetsk border guard detachment.
The reason for the inadequate behavior of the woman traveling from the DNR to the territory of Ukraine was the remark of the border guards.
The citizen of Ukraine tried to drive out of turn to the territory of the checkpoint. However, the border guards made a remark to her. She responded with a hit on both legs of the border guard. The citizen was detained and handed over to the officers of the National Police.
The notice on the grounds of a criminal offense was sent to the Police Department of Main Directorate of National Police of Ukraine in the Donetsk region of Volnovakha. The offense provided in Part 2 of Art. 345 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine “Violence Against Law Enforcement Officers”.
The press service of the State Border Guard Service reports that the condition of health of the border guard is satisfactory.
