Already the former head of the Donetsk Regional Administration told about the reasons for his resignation.
Pavel Ivanovich noted that the resignation of the governor post was solely his personal decision, agreed with the President.
- Any speculation that I was dismissed, I was “attacked”, “exasperated” and similar statements are mudslinging. The fact that consultations on nominations for the post of head of the DonRSA are still going on today means that no one planned my resignation,” – Zhebrivsky stressed. – "I offered two people for the governor, but I will not give names. I am sure that a worthy leader will be appointed to this post in any case. And this leader will continue the work that I started".
Also, Zhebrivsky kept the intrigue as to where and in what sphere he would continue his career as a public employee.
“It won't take too long. In the evening I was invited to the President. I think that today or tomorrow, you will get an answer to this question,” – Zhebrivsky assured. – “But anyway, I will continue to follow all the events in the Donetsk region and front for the interests of the residents of the region”.
