Three people working as chefs in children's educational institutions will be judged for forgery of documents, the press service of the Prosecutor's Office of Donetsk Region reported.
When monitoring compliance with the requirements of the budget legislation in the implementation of public procurement in the ProZorro system, the prosecutor's office found signs of a criminal offense on the use of forged documents confirming the competence requirements of employees. It turned out that the chefs worked with forged documents on the attending compulsory medical examination.
Currently, the prosecutor's office is in charge of procedural management in criminal proceedings on the fact of making knowingly unreliable data in medical books. Also, the prosecutor's office is identifying the persons who organized the illegal activities.
The actions of offenders are qualified in part 4 of Article 358 (forgery of documents, seals, stamps and forms, using of forged documents) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
