The grand opening of the first open space office was held in Kramatorsk. A modern open office was opened on the basis of the registry office.
The presentation of the new office was attended by Elena Sukmanova, Deputy Minister of Justice of Ukraine, Igor Stokoz, Deputy Head of the Region, and Andrey Daviskiba, Managing Director of the Executive Committee of the City Council.
The main advantage of such offices is their full openness, convenience and lack of queues. Glass doors are installed in the offices, the office is equipped with an electronic control system of queue, and the reception is carried out by five specialists on all issues, except for registration of death.
The purpose of the office is to provide quality administrative services in the sphere of state civil registration, the press service of the executive committee of the city reports.
At the entrance, all visitors are met by specialist who helps to understand the work of the electronic queue and provides all the necessary consultations regarding the work of the office. After that, the person gets his/her number in the queue and waits for him/her to be called.
According to employees of open space, before the grand opening, the office for some time worked in a test mode and has already managed to show a number of its advantages. The work is progressing faster, easier and more understandable, which is positively reflected both on employees and on visitors.
