The Polish Oil and Gas Company (PGNiG) is taking part in regular negotiations on gas supplies to Ukraine. This was stated by MacGeorge Wozniak, the deputy head of the PGNiG, PolRadio reports.

It is reported that the PGNiG Company provided Ukraine with almost 220 cubic meters of gas in the first half of this year.

“Until the end of the year, we expect stabilization. We agree on next gas supply contracts,” – the deputy head of PGNiG said.

It should be added that the Stockholm arbitration court ruled in the interim decision that the Polish PGNiG had the right to demand from the Russian company reducing the prices of raw materials.

It is noted that the court recognized the arguments of PGNiG and ruled that there was a premise that allows PGNiG to demand a price reduction. Over the years, Gazprom has been rejecting the possibility of price changes, so the price of the contract was much higher than the prices at European markets.
