The principle is the following: city residents can decide for themselves what is better to spend budget money. For example, the initiative group of residents of Konstantinovka wants to establish a playground for children or exercise equipment in their yard. For this you need to submit a project on the public budget. The project can be that which solves the social and infrastructural issues of Konstantinovka.
The main task of the initiative group is to gather like-minded people around the realization of the idea and teach the residents of Konstantinovka not to be indifferent to the problems of the city.
From January 1 to March 1, you can submit your projects. On the website of city council of Konstantinovka there is a detailed instruction of actions.
After checking the projects, they will be voted for. The project proposals with the most votes will be recommended for implementation. This is at least 25 votes for small projects and at least 50 votes for large projects.
