A full hall gathered for the meeting with the Chairman of the Charity Fund, Borys Kolesnikov. It took place in the club of the village of Grishino of the Pokrovsky District. People came to personally talk with the former Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine, and now the Prime Minister of the opposition government.

On this day, the villagers decided not only to ask for help out in their everyday problems, but also to clarify some questions that were incomprehensible to them. For example, the issue on decentralization. According to Borys Kolesnikov, a community is the basis of the civilized world. Only the possibility of self-government will help revive the Ukrainian village, but for this it is necessary to give more rights to local councils and establish these rights in the Constitution. Local communities must clearly understand that all revenues from the earth's depths must go to the local budget and be used for their intended purpose. Thus, in order to develop the infrastructure of villages and improve the well-being of their inhabitants. However, for this, communities need massive state support and assistance in the development of small businesses in villages. Namely – interest-free loans, benefits to landlords and assistance to newly formed private enterprises in paying for energy resources. As Borys Viktorovich emphasized, this is done in all civilized countries.

Today, mostly older people live in villages, and they, of course, are concerned about the issue of increasing the size of pensions. And here Kolesnikov fell back on the terms of figures. There are about 30 thousand inhabitants in Pokrovsky district. About five thousand of them are children, 10 thousand are working citizens. The rest are pensioners. It turns out that the one who works with his deductions to the Pension Fund must provide one and a half pensions to his fellow countrymen. And with low salaries this cannot be done. So here is the way out – the creation of new jobs. It is impossible to revive large enterprises, but to create small ones is quite realistic. Especially if they are, for example, livestock farms and businesses engaged in the cultivation of fruits and berries. Or cheese factories and smoke factories. This is a common thing for the villagers, and even pensioners can do it with the support of communities, whose income will go to the development of such businesses.

They discussed the moments in which the opposition prime minister can help in the near future. Such as the absence of a pavilion to wait for buses, and a modern playground. The philanthropist promised to solve these problems by autumn.
