Gavin Williamson, the British Minister of Defense, visited the Donbass.
This was reported today, on September 19, by the press service of the JFO.
It is noted that Williamson visited Kramatorsk, where he had met with the commander of the JFO Sergei Naiev, who told him about the situation and reported on the measures taken to stabilize it.
“In the future, the commander of the JFO acquainted a high-ranking foreign guest with the situation in the zone of action of one of the brigades directly during the work on the ground. In particular, the Secretary of State visited the front lines of defense, where he personally communicated with the fighters of the Joint forces,” – the report said.
Williamson was also shown the work of one of the checkpoints, after which he discussed humanitarian initiatives to restore infrastructure in the Donbass.
Earlier we reported that the Battalion of the National Guard of Ukraine from the JFO together with law enforcers of Druzhkovka had conducted operational preventive exercises in the city.
