On November 14 and 15 2018, traffic difficulties are expected in Ukraine due to the deterioration of weather conditions.
It is reported by the press service of the State Emergency Service.
As is known, on November 14, as well as at night on November 15 in Zhytomyr, Vinnitsa, Kiev, Chernihiv, Cherkasy and Kirovograd regions is expected to snow and rain (temporary formation of snow cover of 3-6 cm). In addition, sticking of sleet and ice is possible in some places; ice-crusted ground is also expected.
“Minor complications of traffic on certain sections of roads and streets are expected,” – the message said.
