The "Water of Donbass" Company reports that today the pump station of the first ascent of the Yuzhnodonbass water pipeline will be stopped from 12:00 AM. The stop is necessary to carry out repairs in the area of the Avdeevskaya industrial zone, where pipeline No. 1 with a diameter of 1,400 mm was damaged as a result of the fighting in 2017. This was reported by the press service of the company.
In this regard, the supply of water to the four filter stations in the Donetsk region will be stopped: Karlovskaya, Velikoanadolskaya and Starokrymskaya No. 1 and No. 2.
The report says that due to the pump station stopping at the Starokrymsky and Karlovsky pumping stations, the water supply will be provided through the local reservoirs.
Due to the fact that the Velikoanadolskaya station does not have a backup source of water, Volnovakha, Dokuchaevsk, Ugledar, Novotroitskoye, Vladimirovka, Oktyabrskoye, Olginskoye, Blagodatnoye, Blizhneye, Yasnoe will be left without water supply for the period of repair.
