As a result of negotiations between the city administration of Kramatorsk and the chairman of the Donetsk Regional State Administration Aleksandr Kuts, Water Supply Company of Kramatorsk and Water of Donbass Company, an agreement was reached to resume the supply of service and drinking water in full on the morning of January 10.
At the moment, the main technical water pipeline is filled, water treatment is completed and tanks are filled. The filtering station began to work around the clock. Drinking water will be supplied without a schedule, according to the press service of the utility company.
The water utility administration apologizes for temporary inconveniences, thanks the city residents for their patience and understanding in the current situation and asks, due to the change in electricity payment and the introduction of compulsory prepayment payments, to promptly pay debts and current payments to prevent a similar situation from happening again.
